On 01 December, the Global Compact Network Germany (Deutsches Global Compact Netzwerk-DGCN) hosted a workshop on biodiversity and sustainable supply chain management. One of the topics discussed was the Green Development Initiative (GDI) in light of the recent outcomes of CBD COP10 on innovative financial mechanisms.

The DGCN is an active learning and dialogue platform for the implementation of the ten Global Compact principles.
